The Salons Hairdressers enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, including colouring and cutting and must have a particular passion and expertise for upstyles and special occasion styles.

Their Beauty Therapists/ Make Up Artists are completely competent in face & body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing and tinting, and all have a flair for enhancing your own features and style with the perfect makeup.

It is ideal for sensitive skin as well as other skin conditions such as oiliness and redness
It is designed to enhance and not upset the skin
The silky powder form evens skin tones, creating a flawless, barely-there finish

It will not slide off the face, even on the most humid of days

Nail Treatment- important information

If you or any of your guests require nail treatments prior to the wedding day, the following options are available:

Manicure, including a full treatment of the hands, cuticles and nails, hand massage, finishing with a colour of your choice.
Pedicure, includes exfoliation, removal by buffing of any dead skin, tidying of cuticles and nails, followed by a soothing foot massage and nail paint.
As an extra treat, you may choose the Deluxe Mani or Pedi which includes all of the above, finished with a delicious paraffin treatment prior to your nail paint.
Nail File & Paint Only- either hands or feet
Nail Enhancements, includes temporary tips and acrylics. If you are considering this option it is imperative to request your wedding consultant to arrange for a representative of Island Hair & Beauty to contact you at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day, to discuss your options.

spray tanning- important information

If you or any of your guests require a spray tan treatment prior to your wedding day, please note the following information:

For optimum results, the body needs to be fully exfoliated prior to the service
No body lotion, deodorant, moisturizer or makeup etc should be worn
Because the product is a wet application, very loose clothing should be worn to the salon
It is not recommended that you shower or swim for at least 2 hours after the treatment
Following the initial shower, clients will notice the water is coloured, however, this is only excess product
To retain the colour for as long as possible, we suggest that you moisturise after each shower or swim
Prior to initial shower, it should also be noted that a certain amount of colour will come off onto clothing, bed linen, or anything that may come in contact with the sprayed skin, however, it does wash out and will not stain. The product used is Naked Tan. It is made from natural products and is non-allergenic
