The Pebble Beach precinct features a "water's edge" restaurant set beside an expansive waterfront pool, complete with cabanas and gym. It also provides two lawn areas, an upper and lower, at the front and side of the pool providing a stunning backdrop for a more casual beach side dinner or cocktail reception.

Pebble Beach Precinct- Conditions

• Private use of any part of the Pebble Beach precinct for non-sole use groups is available as a dinner option for one night during the group's stay.
• A set up/service fee of $25.00 pp is applicable for a private function
• External guests (i.e. anyone who is not staying at qualia) are not permitted.
• Themes or similar are not permitted unless by special prior arrangement.
• Alternative or additional furniture is permitted.
• When not using the restaurant area privately - group tables are not allowed, existing set up must be utilised.

how do i decide which reception venue to book?

Hamilton Island Weddings provide some great tools to assist you in deciding which reception venue suits your requirements, taste and budget.  Firstly, view our reception venue quick facts to compare the different venues and what they each have to offer.  Once you have a short list of preffered venues, download those venues individual wedding portfolios which will provide you with more detailed information such as menu and beverage options.

how do i book my reception venue?

Once you have decided on your preffered choice of reception venue, simply contact your Hamilton Island Weddings consultant who will check the availability of that venue on your behalf.  Once your wedding consultant has received written confirmation from your chosen venue, you will then be advised in writing of its availability.  As all recepotion venues are independently managed, this process may take a number of days to complete.

Who organises our reception?

All liaising with the reception venue staff and chefs will be untertaken by your personal wedding consultant, using the guidance, information and requests provided by you.

Decoration & Set Up Options

All decoration options can be customised to suit your personal requirements however strict guidelines apply to the decorations which can be utilised within qualia resort.  For further details regarding the decoration options available for your qualia wedding ceremony, please contact your wedding consultant.

Entertainment Options
