Ensure you have the correct Pricelist & Booking Form applicable to your chosen wedding date. If you have not yet received your Hamilton Island Weddings pricelist and booking form, simply click on the "Request Information" link on the left hand side of this page.
Make a tentative ceremony booking for your preffered date and time. Contact your enquiries consultant to find out if your preferred wedding date and time is available, if so ask for a tentative booking to be placed on this date and time. This tentative booking will then be held for 10 days with no deposit or obligation.
Decide on your preferred ceremony location & reception venue and confirm accommodation availability for you and your guests. Using guidance from your enquiries consultant, you will decide which ceremony location and reception venue best suits your style and budget. Your enquiries consultant will then request availability of these locations and venues on your behalf, and advise you of the response. Your enquires consultant will also place you in contact with Hamilton Island Holidays wedding accommodation staff, who will advise of accommodation availability during your chosen period. At this point you should also advise your enquiries consultant if you require a specific civil celebrant or religious officiator.
Send Hamilton Island Weddings your completed booking form and non-refundable deposit. Once your enquiries consultant has advised in writing that your chosen ceremony location and reception venue booking is confirmed and you have been advised that adequate accommodation is available on Hamilton Island for you and your guests, please complete your booking form and return it to our office along with your non-refundable deposit. At this point in time all final confirmations will be processed and your personal wedding file will be created.
Once your wedding file is created you will then be allocated a personal wedding consultant who will assist you through the planning stages of your Hamilton Island Wedding.
Please note: We strongly advise that you do not send any invites or make any travel arrangements until you have returned your booking form to our office, and have received your comprehensive confirmation letter from us advising of your confirmed wedding plans. Confirmation of your wedding date and time, ceremony location and reception venue does not constitute the availability of any other services unless specifically requested by you and booking confirmation received by you from Hamilton Island Weddings in writing.
What are Hamilton Island's ceremony times?
Due to the sunrise & sunset times altering slightly throughout the year, Hamilton Island's ceremony times are as follows:
1st April - 31st October 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm
1st November - 31st March 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm
