During the planning of your wedding you will from time to time be required to make payments to both Hamilton Island Weddings and various other product and service providers. To ensure you are making these payments correctly and that your consultant is forwarding these payments to the correct outlet or product and service provider, we have created the following process which is required for all payments.
how do i make a payment?
To make a payment to either Hamilton Island Weddings or another service provider, please follow these simple steps:
Download and complete HIW's Individual Payment Form. Please note: If depositing funds directly into a nominated bank account, please ensure you are depositing the funds into the correct bank account. You will find instructions on the first page of the Individual payment form to assist you with this step. In addition to allow us to locate your payment, please ensure you use the grroms surname and the date of the wedding as the deposit reference i.e. "smith100809".
Please do not regard any payment as received until receipt has been confirmed by your wedding consultant or the outlet receiving the payment.
Why do i need to complete a form every time i make a payment?
We require you to fill in the Individual Payment Form to ensure your payments have been received, and to ensure the money you are paying is being directed to the intended outlet, product or service provider.

Hamilton Island Weddings accepts the following methods of payment:
Cash
Cheque
Credit Card: American Express, VISA, MasterCard & Diners
Room Charge (If you are staying in house with Hamilton Island Resort and have set up a room charge account)
Please note: Personal cheques will not be accepted less than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. A surcharge applies to all credit card payments, AMEX & Diners 3.5%, VISA and Mastercard 1.5%. Other Hamilton Island businesses also charge a credit card surcharge and this fee varies for different outlets.
